Contact

Ornapo covers streaming in the United Kingdom: what is arriving, what is leaving, where to find things, and how to get more out of the services you already pay for. If you have spotted something wrong, want to suggest a subject, or need to reach us about a professional matter, the right address is below.

Corrections

If something on this site is inaccurate, please tell us. Streaming dates, prices and rights change constantly, and a guide that was right last month can be wrong today.

Email editor@ornapo.co.uk with the page address and what you believe is incorrect. If you can point to a source, that helps us act faster.

We correct errors of fact promptly and note substantive changes on the page itself. How we handle this is set out in our Correction Policy.

Story suggestions

If there is something you keep trying to find an answer to and cannot, we would like to hear about it. A good number of our guides exist because a reader asked a question nobody had answered properly for a British audience.

Send it to editor@ornapo.co.uk. We read everything, though we cannot reply to every message.

Press and PR

For press releases, review access, embargoed announcements or anything else on behalf of a broadcaster, streaming service or distributor, use editor@ornapo.co.uk and put the service or title in the subject line.

Please note that we cover the UK market. Announcements without confirmed British availability or dates are of limited use to our readers, and we will usually wait for UK details before writing anything.

What we cover

  • Netflix UK, and what is new or leaving each month
  • Other British services, including Prime Video, Disney+, NOW, ITVX, Channel 4 and BBC iPlayer
  • Where to watch a specific film or series in the UK
  • Practical help with streaming, from buffering to parental controls
  • Free and legal ways to watch in Britain

What we don’t do

  • Paid or sponsored posts presented as editorial. Anything commercial would be labelled clearly, as set out in our Editorial Policy.
  • Link insertion into existing articles. We do not sell links in published guides.
  • Coverage of unlicensed streaming sites. We only write about legal services.
  • Personal account support. We cannot access your subscription, recover a password or issue a refund. For those, contact the service directly.

How we work

Every guide on this site is written for a UK audience and checked against British availability, because a great deal of streaming coverage online is written for the United States and simply does not apply here.

Where we cannot verify something, we say so on the page rather than presenting a guess as fact. Where a figure comes from a single source rather than an official one, we attribute it.

You can read more about our approach in our Editorial Policy, Ethics Policy and Sources & References Policy.

Response times

We aim to reply to corrections within two working days, and to press and editorial enquiries within five. If your message concerns a factual error on a live page, say so in the subject line and we will look at it first.
